The AGM to elect 2012's committee is upon us!

Where: Simpson Lawn, between Glenn College and ELT.
When: 1:30pm, Friday October 14th.

In addition to holding elections for the club's executives, some minor alterations to the constitution will be proposed. Everyone with an interest in LUNASY's fortunes for 2012 should make an effort to attend and cast their vote.

AGM 2011 Report: New Committee (Monday 28th March 2011 - 22:15)PAnZuRiEL
Thank you to everyone who attended our AGM and the anime and games marathon on March 19th, it was a good turnout and we were quite pleased. I hope to see all of you at more of our events in the future.

After voting, our committee is little changed from last year. The new office holders are:
President: Nicholas Gurling (PAnZuRiEL)
Secretary: Tiffany Kerley (Kalas)
Treasurer: Kieran Harris (Kairal)
Screening Director: Liam Harrison (blackrockshooter)
Webmaster: David Smith (Smith)

We'll be holding our customary introductory dinner this Saturday (April 2nd) at a Japanese restaurant in the CBD at 7:00pm. See the events section for details, and if you plan to attend then please post in the forum thread so I can include you in the booking.

AGM 2011 (Thursday 10th March 2011 - 17:45)PAnZuRiEL
The AGM for 2011 will be held during the March marathon on Saturday 19th, in Peribolos West room 217, at 12:00pm.

Anyone wishing to run for an executive position or volunteer as a committee assistant should be present on the day, as should anyone wishing to participate in the voting process. Club sign-up will of course also be available.

After the committee is voted in, the day and time for committee meetings to take place over IRC will also be established, and the details will be published to the website so that anyone who wants to is able to observe or participate in them.

Normally marathons are held on the last Saturday of every month, but the Clubs & Societies council has set a deadline of March 21st for affiliations, necessitating that it be pushed forward. In place of the regular marathon day, the customary introductory dinner for new members will be held on the night of either Friday 25th or Saturday 26th, at a venue yet to be decided. Suggestions and other input are welcome in-thread, or in person at the AGM.
